  This place has the worst customer service I've ever had. There were 3 times that stick out the most.
  
  On one occasion, our server was too busy cleaning and trying to get finished with her stuff so she could go home to get us refills. We waited about 15 minutes for refills and I ended up getting it myself. Even after one of the other servers gave her a talking-to about that, she still continued to clean for about 5 minutes before ever coming over to our table to give us a fake apology.
  
  On another occasion, we ordered for take-out. We were told ten to 15 minutes. We got there around the time it should have been done only to wait an additional 25-30 minutes to finally receive our order. Not only was our food not done, one girl went to check on our order and never came back. My fiance ended up having to walk into the kitchen to get somebody's attention. When we finally got our order and I found out we had to pay full price for our order being 30 minutes late and the rude service, I went into the store to speak to a manager. There was no one at the counter to greet me, so I ended up having to walk back to the bar and asked the bartender to get the manager. Finally the manager came out and I asked her for a refund. She didn't seem apologetic at all but I did end up getting a refund.
  
  The most recent time, our server never came to check on us or to give us refills. She had 2 other tables she would check on and she completely ignored our table. While waiting for our refills, she proceeded to sit down with her friends in a booth about 8 feet away and have a good ol' time chatting away and not doing her job. She literally took our orders, gave us our drinks and food, and never came back. We complained to the manager about the service and all the other times we've had bad service there and he was very apologetic and gave us coupons.
  
  The current manager is very polite and listened to our problem and actually seemed to care. He informed us that they are going to be doing something about all the bad service because there have been lots of people complaining about it. I'm not sure if he was the general manager or a shift manager but I really hope he fixes the situation. Not every server there is bad. We've had some good ones but the bad ones really have an effect on your dining experience.
  
  On a positive note, the food is very tasty and the atmosphere is nice. It's a nice place to come hang out after work for wings and a beer or to hang out with friends. One thing I have an issue with is the tiny amount of sauce they put on their wings, but I just ask for extra sauce.
  
  Despite the sometimes awful service, I highly suggest eating here.

  I had a good time great food, just a really small place and very loud normally I love bdubs. The server was nice the cooks did a great job. The host was alright. The draft beer was good I can say that. Like I said the food was good the new bacon boss burger was delicious it has bacon 3 wats in it.

  This is a loud chain of a bar but a good place to go to watch a game or hang out with some friends.  The boneless wings are good and the jerk sauce isn't everyone's thing but I love it.

  Went here for some wings and a beer. It seems if you are going here for anything else than that, you might get royally screwed. My wings were on point, with the seasoning I had asked for and the sauce I wanted. The appetizer that had the garlic mushrooms were pretty good too. I had a few beers and ate all my wings and left. I came for a fight they were not showing that night but it was okay to chill and hang out for a few hours. The place got pretty busy at one point and it seemed like chaos. I wanted a drink and not seen my server in a long time so i just walked up to the bar and ordered one myself. Weird, but it worked.

  Sorry I tried this BW3 again, Poor Service (or lack there of) is the only thing that is consistent at Wooster BW3. Long wait to be seated (even with 15+ open tables) long wait to order, food actually out in Fair amount of time, but have never had a dryer, grisslier, chicken breast in a restaurant, wings burnt, chicken in wrap tasted like old shoe leather, drinks refilled once in an hour...forever to get check, then snotty with us because we were in hurry to leave. Won't make the mistake of taking family here again.
